Tract 1
Tract 1 is 3.23 acres, consisting of a two-bedroom older farm house, 42’x67’ Morton building and other small outbuildings and small grain bins. There are mature shade trees on the property. This would be a great country property to build a home on.
Tract 2
Tract 2 offers 92.39 acres, 62.3 acres are currently being cash rented on a one-year contract for $20,500 which will be prorated and split with the buyers of tract 2 from the date of closing.
