WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION DUE TO THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE ITEMS. ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP ON PICKUP DAYS OR BY SEPTEMBER 30th WITH SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pick up location provided on invoices. 

Pickup Location will be:  Kansas City Metro Area  

Tuesday  -- Sept 26th  1:00 pm thru 7:00 pm

Wednesday -- Sept 27th,  9:00 am thru 12:00 noon

Items MUST be picked up on one of these two days. OR by appointment. 

BUT ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY SATURDAY SEPT 30TH 

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

You will need to bring your own help to load your items.                                FURNITURE WILL NEED TO BE CARRIED FROM TWO UPPER FLOORS  AND OUT OF THE BASEMENT. LANDSCAPING MATERIALS WILL NEED TO BE CARRIED FROM BACKYARD.

NO PACKING SUPPLIES will be provided.  You will need to bring your own packing supplies and boxes.

Copy of your invoice required for pickup.
